Partida Creus XL 2018100% Xarel lo grapes from Catalunya, Spain. Nothing added, nothing removed. Fermented with native yeasts. No SO2, no fining, no filtering, no skin contact. Let this wine open up a bit (heck, decant it!) for a beautiful rich texture and flavors of lemon curd, limestone, and orchard fruit.

In the ever dwindling amount of producers making this traditional rosé (it requires lower yield management and is much less profitable than Champagne) they are the only ones making single vineyard expressions to highlight terroir
