The elevation here is up to 400m which makes it one of the highest vineyard sites in Alsace, imparting a great sense of freshness on the wines despite its south easterly aspect. The grapes were gently macerated in whole bunches for 2 weeks before being pressed into old barriques for a 9 month levage. This
