Cuve Kollektiv "Tank 33" Rheinischer Landwein 2021Cuve Kollektiv Weingut Klenk Eckelsheim, Germany 70% Bacchus, 30% Riesling 13. 5% abv Tank 33 is made from a blend of Bacchus and Riesling grapes, grown from an organically farmed vineyard (not certified, but practising for the past 5 years) The vines run deep through red sandstone soil. Directly pressed Riesling and 4 days maceration for the Bacchus, fermented and aged separately for one year in fibreglass tanks. Made low intervention in the cellar.

this wine is unbelievably fresh and will easily age another decade in the bottle

This long aging and maceration results in a beautiful meaty iron laden wine with aromas of raunchy wild berries
