Marieke GoudaMarieke Gouda is an award winning raw cow's milk cheese produced on a Dutch family owned farm in Wisconsin. It is carefully cured for nine months on imported Dutch pine planks, in a temperature and humidity controlled aging cellar, producing a rich, full flavor with caramel overtones. Its texture is creamy with crystallization deposits. Pairs well with a spicy red or Zinfandel.
