Envinate 'Benje' Tinto 2022Press 4 Mix Red July 2024 Direct Press Selection Envnate (translates as "wine yourself") is the brainchild of 4 friends, winemakers Roberto Santana, Alfonso Torrente, Laura Ramos, and Jos Martnez. This gang of 4 formed back in 2005 while studying enology at the University of Miguel Hernandez in Alicante. Upon graduation, they formed a winemaking consultancy, which evolved into Envnate, a project that focuses on exploring distinctive parcels mainly in

crisply detailed wines in the area with just seven hectares of vines

In concrete and barrel the wine goes through malolactic conversion and rests for 8 months before bottling without fining or filtering and with just a small addition of SO2

His wines are distinctive and full of quirky vitality

They are now certified Biodynamic

“campari-like” herbaceous bitterness keeping it savory and dangerously refreshing

with bruised apple
