Surrounded by commercial Cava producers, they have about 7 hectares under vine and make a living selling their organic fruit, almonds, and produce at local farmers markets. 'Mil Deu' is Ull de Llbre, aka Tempranillo, planted in the 1990s. It is picked at the end of September and is mostly destemmed. Complex and
