Lazy Afternoon"Lazy Afternoon" is an original acrylic painting on gallery wrapped canvas. This painting had been stuck in my head for a long time before painting it. I was imagining life on a cattle ranch outside of the mountains, probably down near Cochrane, Alberta. I painted in some abstract cows, as I hoped you would just get the illusion that they are there much like something in the back of your imagination! This painting is vibrant and full of life! All

My hope when I created this painting was that you would feel the peace and contentment that comes with the rushing water of the falls

It would add vibrancy to any space

"Thanksgiving" is an original acrylic painting and is part of my newest small collection of paintings called "Returning"

This small work is inspired by the prairies looking out towards the Rocky Mountains as you drive towards Banff in Southern Alberta

"She is Radiant" is an abstract original mixed-media painting that is much like a bouquet of flowers

all with these vibrant pink backgrounds

I seem to always come back to painting it

and a feeling of love that radiates deep into your being

If only we could have a consistently slower schedule and spend all of our time staring at a mountain lake like Two Jack

I was hoping to get the perspective of sunlight hitting the trees that have just changed to yellow

It snowed so much while we were there

The sunshine is especially vibrant when reflecting off of the snow
