2013 Gibson Custom Shop ‘58 Les Paul - Sunburst2013 Gibson Custom Shop '58 Les Paul. I love the top on this one; might be my favorite top I have had in the store. Realistic, but flamey and still has a ton of non flamey maple grain as well. This guitar is 100% original except the strap locks (originals included). Just pro setup it plays and sounds great. First year for the custombuckers. Comes with the original case and paperwork. 8 lbs 15 ounces (exactly what a les paul standard should weigh).
Mahogony top/back/sides
These are extremely prone to heel repairs due to the placement of the neck pickup
There is one ding on the side (photo'd) and one of the knobs has some internal cracks
the wood there is solid
Finish has various dings
The original frets are a little low
and bridge cover
Ebony board and bridge
Comes with original footswitch
Perfect 64 neck
and they came up with an idea to make guitars from a legendary tree on Haida Gwaii
The side panel near the input jack was once replaced and the sides oversprayed
