60's Red and White Ruffled Cupcake Dress by NadineThis 1960s formal is so cute and fun! Made of tiers of ruffles on the skirt with a large scalloped ruffle at the neckline. White nylon overlay and acetate lining. Darling red embroidery and eyelet details. The skirt ruffles are sewn to a net layer that is over the acetate lining. A pretty grosgrain ribbon sash and silk flower add the perfect finishing touch. Metal zipper up the center back. It's in very good condition. The only flaws to note are two
straps are fixed and are not adjustable
