Chambray Mushroom Applique Shirt S-LFolksy fun vintage soft chambray woven top sporting homemade mixed print mushrooms (and seagull!) stitched onto the back and front chest pockets. They did not skimp on the white ric rac trim either it is flanking all edges of the top, even around the cuffs and pointy collar.
