Handmade Sailor Style Tulip Print RomperHandmade one of a kind piece. Probably 1950s or 1960s. Sailor style sleeveless romper. Red white & blue with tulip pattern. Capulet vneck collar with rectangular cape over shoulders in back. Has a two piece tie that can be removed. Looks like the tie was meant to be sewn onto the shoulders but was never finished so the maker just pinned them on. 2 deep front pockets Zips up the front with a metal zipper I believe this to be 100% cotton, it has
