70's Off the Shoulder Purple Floral DressThis ruffled peasant dress was made circa the 1970s and has that perfect lightweight cotton polyester gauze that we all know and love. Semi sheer gauzy cotton with an off the shoulder neckline, tie waist, and a ruffled hem. The waist is gathered for a swishy, flattering fit. Back center zipper. Fully lined. Bust measures 34", waist 25", length 42". Please note that the off the shoulder elastic has lost its bounce, so it will either need to be worn in
