70’s Stripe and Polka Dot Designer Wrap Dress by Frankie Welch1970s stripe and polka dot wrap maxi dress by iconic designer Frankie Welch from my personal collection. Love this dress, it can be worn two different ways wrapped in the back or in the front. Back zipper, feels like a cotton poly blend. Excellent vintage condition, black is not as dark as it probably once was from use more of a washed black graphite shade. Fits like a medium.
