40's/50's Velvet & Lace Dress1940s 1950's green velvet dress with full skirt. The top of the dress is off white lace with rhinestones. There are 6 decorative buttons at the bust. The dress has a metal zipper at the side. Measurements: 32" bust, 25" waist, 36" hips, 47" from shoulder to hem.
