70's Prairie Style Quilted Dress by Chas L. Lewis1970s quilted skirt dress with yellow ribbon, back zipper, buttons on cuffs, sheer sleeves and lined bodice by Chas L. Lewis Hollywood, California, made in USA. Very good vintage condition with a tiny bit subtle fade on bottom of skirt, see last photo. Fit is best for an XS S. Measurements: shoulder 14 sleeve 23 bust 34 empire waist (4 down) 30 hip 43 length 54

Body is a black felt skull cap with a front panel of felt and grosgrain ruffle
The necklace is 15” long but has a chain extender of 1 1/2” that can be fastened with the lobster claw clasp
