70's Plaid Pussybow Secretary DressThis 1970s secretary dress in a wonderful purple plaid, with a pussybow neckline and peplum waist. The skirt is a pleated a line shape that swishes nicely. Pull on style. Gathered shoulders. There's belt loops but no belt, so you can add your own if you'd like a more cinched in style. Measures 42" bust, waist up to 36", hip around 66", length 45". I think best fit for about a size L 12 14. Model measures 42 34 42.
