Matching belt. There is pleats in the skirt at the hips which make it flared. Fabric is semi sheer cotton voile fabric. Body is lined with another layer of the same fabric in brown. No stretch to fabric. Label is Avalon Classics. Condition Excellent vintage condition. No flaws to note Suggested Modern Size Women's Medium.
