Fabric is a featherweight, semi sheer batiste cotton. Color is the color of oatmeal with very faint flowers stamped on it. Fitted bodice with back hook and eye close. Pretty ruffled tulle collar. Skirt has a peplum with a line cut. Excellent condition. Measures: 36 bust 26 waist 40 hips .
