60's Black Velvet Hourglass DressA beautiful black velvet dress for evening wear, bridesmaid apparel, prom, or any dressy occasion. It has a fitted waist banded with narrow velvet ribbon, short batwing sleeves, scoop neckline, narrow skirt and back kick pleat.
