Back keyhole cutout. Back zipper and button closure. Fitted waist. Matching adjustable blue belt. Lace bias hem. Hits me below the knee but I am shorter so it's more like knee length. Brand Toby Tanner Tagged size 10 but please double check measurements in photos as vintage sizing can vary and is usually smaller.
