This one is from the infamous (and one of my favorite's) Bonwit Teller. Fabric is a lush black velvet. Pretty soutache and beads accent the collar and cuffs. Nipped waist with structured bottom peplum. Very Lilli Ann, but sadly no label. Only the boutique label remains. No pockets but flaps
There is a band on the inside across the back that gives the back the full waterfall style
