Flap pockets at the hips. Buckles at the cuffs. Epaulettes on the shoulders. Double breasted. Fully lined with satin. Condition Very good vintage condition. The belt is missing it's buckle, so it has to be tied and the neck part that buckles is difficult to get into the buckle because the fabric is so thick. Suggested Modern Size Tag size
