VTG 60s 70s RED WHITE GREEN FLORAL GYPSY PATCHWORK FOLK PUFF SLEEVE DRESS 12 14This is an amazing vintage dress made from a light weight, white synthetic fabric with no stretch and no additional lining. Featuring a sweetheart neckline, darts in the bust and body for shape, puff sleeves with adjustable tie fastenings on the cuffs, a bandless fitted waist and a flared short skirt, and a short zip fastening at the side. Covering the dress is a vibrant floral patchwork pattern in bright block colours of red, white, green, yellow,

and paneling across the body with white decorative stitching on the seams

made from a super-soft lime green cotton fabric
