80's Hibiscus Floral CulottesThis vintage pair of culottes from the late 80s or early 90s is by Bonnie & Norma. It features a blue background with a pink and purple floral print, pockets on each hip and fully elastic back. Pleated front makes for swishy legs that look like a skirt when youre standing still but have the comfort of pants. Closes with buttons at the side. Waistband measures 32 34 inches, hip up to 50 inches, length 35 inches. Good fit for a modern size XL. Excellent
