Please check the measurements. The skirt has never been worn, and the tags are still attached. It's in excellent condition. The skirt is fully lined and is 100% wool crepe. The content tag is missing, but I believe the waistband is silk, a satiny material. 27 inches long 28 inch waist 47 inch hips
