There are shoulder pads giving it that real old Hollywood glamour vibe with a zip closure in back. The fabric is soft and has great movement. Measurements: Under arm to under arm 36" Waist 29" Hips 32" Length 39"
Fits natural waist size 34” and will just hang lower the smaller the waist size
