VTG 70S POLKA DOT FLAMENCO RUFFLE MAXI DRESS BLACK WHITE 10 12This is a fantastic original 1970s Flamenco inspired maxi dress with a black polyester bodice and a chiffon type polyester black and white polka dot skirt. The bell sleeves are finished with layered ruffles in the same fabric as the skirt. The dress has a scoop neck, is fully lined, it has a detachable tie belt and zips up the back to fasten.
