VINTAGE 60s 70s ROYAL BLUE RUFFLE COLLAR CAPE SLEEVE MAXI DRESS 8 10This is a lovely vintage maxi dress made from a royal blue polyamide fabric with a subtle glittery sheen to the fabric and a good amount of stretch. This fab unlined dress features; a short v shaped neckline with a ruffled collar, short flared cape sleeves, and a pointed fitted underbust cut with a long flared skirt. This dress would best fit: 8 (possibly a 10 due to the stretchy fabric) please check your measurements against the ones provided below,
