The cape is fully lined, has armholes, and closes with a hook and eye at the neck covered with a decorative white frog and matching ties. It's accessorizes with a matching pouch purse with black velvet and brocade panels. It measures 28" n length and 19" across the shoulders. Excellent condition (appears never worn). Dry clean.
