Sleeves are 16 long from top of shoulder to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 16. Has insert with bow trim at neck, inverted pockets at top of bodice, three quarter length cuffed dolman sleeves, covered buttons down front, original belt and full skirt. Fabric is cotton fine wale corduroy, unlined. Label reads tailored
