The perfect little black beaded dress in a soft black polyester, elastic and polyester, silk combo satin. This high waisted dress is strapless with wide, satin fabric straps and upper bodice with top stitching details. The skirt is constructed of an elastic liner and four tiers of wide swishy (perfect for swinging and dancing!) ruffles finished with a dotting of subtly sparkling seed beads. Center
