Dry aged to ensure tenderness and unrivalled flavour and then cut and vacuum packed ready for your freezer there is a little bit of everything for every occasion. A selection of our premium dry aged beef steaks hung to perfection in our dry ageing fridge with Himalayan Rock salt for a minimum of 42 days to ensure they are perfectly tender and full of flavour no matter how you decide to cook them
