Windsor Bubble Sleeve Blouse - WhiteThis cotton blouse is a beautiful summer wardrobe addition. It has short bubble sleeves with elasticated cuffs, a scoop neckline with scalloped edging. The back of the top has a scalloped V neckline and button fastenings. This top can be worn either way round, as shown in the pictures, to give two different looks. It has a lovely cut out design on the hem. It works perfectly with our Forsyth Linen skirts but can be paired with jeans and trousers too.
