70's Seersucker Striped Summer Halter Maxi DressYellow, purple, red, orange and white stripes. The colored stripes are sear sucker. I love the high halter with spaghetti straps. Cummerbund style waist with a plastic zip up the back. The waist measures 28 inches and the length is 53 inches from the top of the front down. Excellent condition!
