80's Sweetheart Sequin Ruffle Skirt Dress by TadashiAbsolutely gorgeous vintage 1980s short cocktail prom dress by Tadashi. Black with golden embroidered bodice with sequins and sweetheart neckline. Strapless. Multi ruffle skirt with Rose on hip. Excellent condition, however missing Hook and eye at top see last picture. Measured laying flat pit to pit 16 inches. Waist 14 inches. Hips 19 inches. Length from the center back 28 inches. Modern size XS.
