90's Funky Ruffle Convertible Bag by M & WThis is a gorgeous example of the vintage 1990s re creating a Victorian area purse. This new with tags purse has a ruffled skirt with tie dyed fabric with lots of Victorian touches like lace, flowers, and beading. Alligator snap closure includes a hideable crossbody strap to use as a clutch. Scrolled metal short handle. Measures 10 x 7 with a 4 inch handle drop and a 24 inch cross body shoulder strap that can be tucked inside.
