Dark green and black plaid with red paisley print. Victorian Styled top with slight leg of mutton sleeves, high neckline with military style metal buttons. Top is peplum style but Im not sure that you can wear it untucked and theres is a slight flaw in the way the hem is sewn on the back, see photos. Skirt closes with double button
