Very cool fabric with crisp stripes in heathered blue and black. and expert construction with princess seam darting and inseam pockets on the full pleated skirt. Label "An original Gross Sydney" of New York, circa 1940s. Size S (see measurements) Feels like 100% cotton, possibly a very fine wool?
