VTG 70S ROMANTIC BOHO PRAIRIE RUFFLE MAXI DRESS BLUE 8 10 12This is a pretty vintage 1970s prairie style maxi dress in a soft cotton feel polyester fabric. It has a ruffle pie crust neck with a ribbon tie, ruffled cap sleeves trimmed with ribbon and a deep ruffle hem, also finished with a satin ribbon trim. The skirt is lined and zips up the back to fasten. The dress has a shirred elastic waistband so could suit multiple sizes. Please refer to measurements.
