60's Orange Floral Maxi Dress by Pierre CardinThis STUNNING vintage Pierre Cardin dress was purchased at Hurwitch Bros. in Boston, right on Newbury street. This wonderful dress is an interesting fabric very thick, almost like a bark cloth, but embossed with a geometric wave pattern that really gives it a quilted effect. Very flattering as the thick fabric hides any problem areas. There's a capelet, with tight elastic in the shoulders for that slightly off the shoulder look, and the capelet closes

It has so much drama between the ruching / gathering and oversized bowtie
