Featuring a wide rounded elasticated neckline for optional off the shoulder wear, puff sleeves with thin elasticated cuffs, a fitted waist with a flared skirt, and a long side zip fastening. Covering the dress is a small navy blue polka dot pattern, with blue and white leaf like patterns in between. This
