"Fleur De Lis" Vintage 1970's Napier Statement Bib NecklaceThis incredible 1970's Napier statement bib necklace, that was part of their Fleur De Lis Radiance line is a rare piece to behold. The statement central feature, is framed by three chain strands to each side leading to a lift lock clasp. The large statement central bib design of decorative fleur de lis in a starburst shape surrounds a central round moulded silver dome and is finished with three silver chain link tassels and looped decorative chains.
