50’s Black Felt Circle Skirt with Red Sequins and Poodle AppliquéMeasures 24 at the waist; button can be moved over to make it a 26 waist, full through the hips and length is 29. Circumference at bottom of hem is 180. Fabric is wool felt with felt and sequin appliques, unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains.
