30’s Black Velvet Side Snap Midi SkirtMeasures 28 at the waist, 38 through the hips and length is 31. I know its hard to make out the details on this one; it has a side snap placket and eight gores, so gently flaring; circumference at bottom hem is 60. Fabric is rayon velvet, very soft and drapey, unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains.
