70’s Mod Neon Color Sleeveless Top by Jack WinterA sleeveless crew neck top by Jack Winter in neon multicolor polyester. It closes with a back nylon zipper. The pattern looks like overlapping hearts in blue, hot pink, chartreuse and purple. The back is blue and bands at the sides are hot pink. It measures 38" around the bust and the length is 25". The overall condition is good and wearable (with some care) with many weakened area of the fabric throughout (I have stitched the more major tears and then backed all tears and weak areas with fusible interfacing to stabilize these tears) and two small pink stains under left breast -please see pics for full details
