Adir November 2019November 2019 is a unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan and Petite Sirah grapes that was aged for 24 months in 500 liter French oak barrels with an extremely high wood density.
Throughout the fermentation varying pump-over regimens were employed for the optimal extraction of color
A liqueur made from 100% natural forest blackberry which undergoes a natural fermentation process
This wine will age well for at least five to ten years
