Group Class

Group ClassGroup classes are about flow and rhythm. With only 4 people in a class you still have a closely monitored class. Your bodies natural intelligence will guide you through the class with everyone else, led by breath work and counting. With no hands on this class feels more like a dance class and workout. Taught in levels you would begin with the beginners class, then progress onto Level 1, then Level 2. Teachers classes also available.
