The bottle was designed by the same creative mind behind the apple watch and electric Ferrari, Marc Newson. IWA creates a new Assemblage every year, and Assemblage 4 has delicate notes of melon, white flowers, pear, wet stone, and anise. The finish has a toasted barley quality that gives the sake a pleasant umami finish. A world class sake!
