Driftwood Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2006Alcohol: 13. 5% vol. Tasting Notes: Dark purple red with a fruity aroma of berry jam and plums complemented by sweet oak and hints of spice. The palate is medium in weight with lively fruit flavors supported by fine oak and unobtrusive light tannins, finishing long, clean and freshly fruity. Suggestions: It is recommended to pair with cheese or red meat dishes like grilled lamb.
It was unfiltered and was matured in French oak barrels for at least 6 months
