Chateau Palmer 1972An unloved vintage and now quite rare. Weather conditions were uneven and although it was a large crop the wines were overpriced on release and the vintage was responsible for the financial collapse of the Bordeaux market. Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot. 75cl Bottle. Abv% not stated. Bottle condition, capsule good, label good, wine level mid shoulder.

Thrown down a very minor sediment
This estate has gone through a lot of ownership changes in recent years and 2012 was the last vintage made under the name
27% Sauvignon Blanc
A reasonably good vintage where the left bank Medoc's faired a little better than the right
1986 was an excellent vintage for the region
The total size is 55 by 43cm and the image is 33 by 24cm
